Concerto House is a contemporary courtyard villa developed from the idea of two symmetrical volumes, opening toward a central void that serves as a passage for light, greenery, and family life. The project is defined by strong forms, expansive pitched roofs, restrained surfaces, and floor-to-ceiling glazing, creating an architectural composition that feels modern, airy, and expressive.

The design prioritises the relationship between living spaces, the courtyard, and water elements, allowing every part of the house to remain connected to nature. The living room, kitchen, staircase, and shared family areas are arranged in an open layout to maximise natural light, ventilation, and wide views toward the garden. A material palette of concrete, glass, steel, and timber creates a balance between strength and warmth.

More than a modern garden villa, Concerto House proposes a way of living that is private, tranquil, and deeply connected to its landscape.
