Lacuna Duplex is conceived as a home of layered spatial experience, where restraint becomes a language of elegance. Shaped by its duplex configuration, the project draws light, views, and circulation into a continuous dialogue, allowing each zone to feel open, connected, and quietly private at once.
A carefully curated palette of dark timber, veined stone, and soft neutral finishes brings depth and clarity to the interior. Rather than relying on excess, the design finds its character in proportion, material balance, and the subtle relationship between openness and enclosure. From the communal living areas to the more intimate private quarters, every detail is considered to support a calm and enduring way of life.
More than a contemporary apartment, Lacuna Duplex reflects a measured approach to living — refined, spacious, and grounded in a timeless sense of comfort.
